The A6 Max has an independent power supply unit that will power the product even without a battery being present. The battery is kept at full capacity and it only provides power to the unit in the event of a mains power failure, thus providing true battery backup and stalwart security that is always operational and ready.

Description

The SENTRY A6 Max is a sliding gate operator that incorporates a custom designed worm-drive gearbox, a rigid moulded-base manufactured by utilizing robust engineering polymers, coupled to a powerful 12V DC motor, and an IoT-enabled intelligent control card. The unit provides real-time access control and status updates via the Sentry App and Web platforms now available to all A6 Max owners. 220VAC mains power the product and it has true battery backup with facility to connect a regulated solar power supply (13.8V Maximum) to keep the battery in a fully charged state. The A6 Max is powered via a power supply unit, which also keeps the battery in a fully charged state.
